- all payments via Paypal.
- All payments are to be paid upfront. I will not do refunds unless: I have not started on your order yet or if I am unable to complete the art. If payment is not sent within 48 hours your order will be canceled.
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, such as: a character is too detailed, if an idea pose or request makes me uncomfortable, or if I am unable to draw it.
- You must share contact information and remain in touch during the time it takes for me to complete the commission, giving honest feedback on any artwork or progression stages if needed.
- You may not claim my art as your own, remove or obscure my signature, and you must credit me when posting it to other sites.
- As an artist I retain full rights and ownership of all commissioned artwork. I can post to my sites, make speed paints or use them as examples in my portfolios.
- Commissioned art is for personal use only. you cannot use my art for anything related to NFTs or AI. Doing this will cause you to be permanently blacklisted.
- If any unforeseen events that will interfere with the timely completion of your commission, I will notify you and return the full price of the commission to you.

* - Dogs, cats and similar looking species are fine! Anything else, just ask.** - The only exception is sketch pages, with 2 simple colors as a background.
☆ Art Process ☆
1. Sketching Stage
I will send a rough sketch for approval, and will send a second cleaner sketch for approval again soon after.
If changes are required, please list them. This process will repeat until commissioner is happy with the current result.2. Lining Stage
I will send the line art for final approval before completion (for lined and shaded pieces) Only small changes may be accepted during the lining stage, afterwards it will cost extra.3.
Once the artwork is finished, if changes are still required they will cost extra. Any missing or incorrect details on my side will be fixed for free. You will always receive the PNG file as well as watermarked and unwatermarked versions.
☆ Other Information ☆
- It typically takes me no more than a week to complete a colored sketch, and around 1-2 weeks to finish fully rendered pieces .
- I can only work with finished character designs, I cannot design a character or work solely off of descriptions at this time.
- My art is constantly evolving, so there may be some slight differences between my examples and the art you receive.
- It is your responsibility to save the commission within 2 weeks, I do not always save the files for very long/can sometimes delete or misplace past completed commissions. If the art is lost after that time it is on you and no refunds will be issued.
- Personal use means that the artwork will not be used to generate any kind of profit. Wallpapers, icons, printing the art (for yourself, not to sell) is personal use.
